James is a freelance planner and consultant.
He started his career as a graduate trainee at DDB in 1997, working on the multi-award winning Volkswagen account for 5 years, before leaving to work independently. Since then he has worked on a plethora of brands including Virgin, Channel 4, and RayBan.
He has won the usual IPA, APG and Marketing Society awards.
He is also the co-founder of Commercial Break, an initiative designed to create work opportunities in the communication industry for under-privileged young people.
